Product Display/Colors

We strive for accurate product images on roosmarketplace.com, but alternate images may be used if correct ones are unavailable. Verify purchases using product specifications, not just images, as colors may vary due to monitor differences. Roos Marketplace is not liable for image quality or related sales issues.

Price Match Policy

If you find a lower price on an identical in-stock item from an authorized dealer, contact our customer service to match or beat it. The price must include shipping, handling, taxes, and rebates, with competitor details provided in writing. We don’t match special offers, rebates, financing, clearance, used items, or services. Price matching applies only before shipping and cannot be combined with other discounts. We may amend this policy at any time.

Sales Tax

Roos Marketplace collects sales tax in states including AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, NY, TX, and others. Estimated tax is shown at checkout.

Order Acceptance

Order confirmations do not guarantee acceptance. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion and may require additional verification before processing.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Checkout, and PayPal. Cards are charged at placement and non-cancelable.

Credit Card Declines

If your card is declined, we’ll notify you via email or phone. You have 14 business days to provide an alternative payment method, or your order will be canceled.

Alternate Billing/Shipping Address

Orders with mismatched billing addresses will be held for verification. Shipping addresses must be listed as alternate addresses on your card. Unverified orders are held for 14 business days before cancellation. This applies to first-time customers to prevent fraud.

U.S. Residents

Ensure your billing address and phone number match your credit card. If they don’t, we may require additional verification, such as scanned copies of your card and ID or a small temporary charge for verification.

International Customers

As a U.S. merchant, we cannot verify international addresses or phone numbers. We require scanned copies of your credit card and ID, and may charge a small amount (under $1) for verification.

Order Processing

Shipping times depend on product availability and credit verification. Orders aren’t processed on weekends or holidays. We’ll notify you of delays, and for backorders, you can choose to wait, substitute, or cancel.

Return Policy

  • Review our Return Policy for damaged, defective, or unsatisfactory products.
  • Do not accept damaged items upon delivery.
  • You’re responsible for damage claims after accepting delivery.
  • Contact us within 24 hours for damaged or unsatisfactory products.
  • For defective items after first use, contact the manufacturer.
  • Returns require a return authorization (RA) number; no RA, no return.
  • A 35% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • New-in-box returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for returns.
  • Returns must be in brand-new condition with all original packaging.
  • Use the original shipping method for returns.
  • No returns on air conditioners, special orders, or accessories.
  • Roos Marketplace may refuse returns at its discretion.
